Bourgogne Chardonnay “Back to the Root” Bio 2024

Its blonde colour conceals a very "green" aromatic bouquet combining vegetal musk with sandalwood. Its invigorating attack releases a rich, enveloping flavour that charms the palate and lingers with a mouth-watering finish.

Geology / Exposure: At the foot of the Santenay hillsides, deep clay-limestone soil.

Method of vinification and ageing: Matured in barrels, 10% of which are new, for 14 to 16 months.
