Santenay Premier Cru le Passe Temps 2024

The colour is a deep crimson. Its aroma is still dominated by the fresh wood from its ageing. On the palate, the tannins are as straightforward as they are fresh. It is clear that further ageing will do it good. Allow another three years.

Geology/Exposure: Parcels located in In the village, on a predominantly chalky clay terroir.

Method of vinification and ageing: 100% de-stemming, pre-fermentation cold maceration (10°C) for one week followed by a 16-day fermentation. Aged 18 months, 100% in barrels, 20% of which are new.
