Bourgogne Pinot Noir
The red wine pinotes intensely in the glass while releasing scents of blackcurrants on the towel. The body is generous with ripe fruit (blackcurrant, plum) before releasing a firm tannin that time will quickly round out.

Geology/exposure: Parcel located in the commune of Chassey le Camp, on an east-facing slope with deep algal soil.
Method of vinification and ageing: 100% de-stemming, pre-fermentation cold maceration (10°C) for one week followed by a 10-day fermentation. Aged for 18 months, 100% in barrels, 10% of which are new.
