Behind its beautiful radiance lie fragrances of blossoming honeysuckle and white lilac. Its invigorating bite releases a fat, coating flavour that charms the palate and lingers with its salivating finish.

Geology / Exposure: At the foot of the Santenay hillsides, deep clay-limestone soil.

Method of vinification and ageing: Matured in barrels, 10% of which are new, for 14 to 16 months.
