Burgundy

Burgundy Pinot Noir

The red wine pinotes intensely in the glass, releasing scents of blackcurrant in the glass. The body is generous with ripe fruit (blackcurrant, plum) before releasing a firm tannin that time will quickly round out.

Santenay

Santenay Premier Cru la Comme

This high-altitude terroir combines a cardinal color with a fragrance still influenced by the smoky woodiness of its youth. The wine’s base is there, thanks to a vinous, dynamic and particularly sapid juice. Wait one winter and it will reach its own peak.

Santenay Premier Cru le Passe-Temps

The crimson colour of its juice is so bold that it looks like it’s come out of a tube of gouache. The nose is expressive: violets of the undergrowth and forest after the rain. At the same time, its structure is firm and smooth. Its soft tannic patina makes it a wine that will appeal to many palates today.

santenay vieilles vignes

The intense violet of its juice catches the eye, while the nose explodes with both floral (mauve lilac) and fruity (burlat cherry) notes. Its tannic structure, though tight, conveys the terribly earthy grain of Santenay. Pinot speaks the truth with that Burgundian accent that makes it inimitable.

santenay les charmes

Carried by a concentrated juice of fine intensity, the woodiness envelops the plump fist of the quetsche in a very typical nose, very Santenay in a word. Its substance confirms this carnal envelope in a round flavor already ready to share.

Pommard

Pommard les Noizons

Hemmed by a black eyebrow, the violet gaze of this solar terroir offers the nose a battle between the sap of its woodiness and the kirsch of its kernel. Its texture, rich in straight tannins, delivers an uppercut to the tongue, which recovers its saliva once the surprise has worn off.
