Bourgogne Chardonnay

Underneath a voluptuous yellow liquid, the sweet toast of its life in casks smells of hazelnut and praline. Its texture is broad, enveloping and perfectly balanced. It's a fine representation of the taste of Chardonnay in Burgundy.

Geology / Exposure: At the foot of the Santenay hillsides, deep clay-limestone soil.

Method of vinification and ageing: Matured in barrels, 10% of which are new, for 14 to 16 months.
