Santenay Sous la Roche

The nose is wide open with notes of mirabelle plum and Reine Claude jam. Its raw yellow liquid sticks to the glass, revealing a flavor as generous as it is easy to digest. The ideal bottle to accompany white meat in cream sauce.

Geology / Exposure: On the hillside, under the Santenay rock, very stony terroir, therefore limestone.

Method of vinification and ageing: Matured in barrels, 20% of which are new, for 14 to 16 months.
