Santenay Premier Cru la Comme
This high-altitude terroir combines a cardinal color with a fragrance still influenced by the smoky woodiness of its youth. The wine's base is there, thanks to a vinous, dynamic and particularly sapid juice. Wait one winter and it will reach its own peak.

Surface area: 1.15 hectares
Geology / Exposure: Parcels located on the border of Chassagne-Montrachet, on a hillside, on a clay-limestone terroir with limestone predominating.
Method of vinification and ageing: 100% de-stemming, cold prefermentary maceration (10°C) for one week, followed by a 15-day fermentation. Aged 18 months, 100% in barrels, 20% of which are new.
