Santenay Premier Cru le Passe Temps
The crimson colour of its juice is so bold that it looks like it's come out of a tube of gouache. The nose is expressive: violets of the undergrowth and forest after the rain. At the same time, its structure is firm and smooth. Its soft tannic patina makes it a wine that will appeal to many palates today.
